Technical Support Team

Our Technical Support Team is renowned for the speed and quality of the assistance they provide to our customers. For IT-related support such as, amending incorrect patient data and reports or merging patient records, our customers can either email support@pacenet.com or call 020 3637 9028 to speak with a member of our support team directly.

During business hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm), we respond to any urgent queries within minutes and any non-urgent calls are answered within the same day where we receive a request before midday.

To ensure that you are getting the most out of your PACENET database, our Customer Success team are available to listen to any feedback you may have and wherever possible, we try to incorporate your ideas into PACENET’s product pipeline.
